Purpose of the function:
Together with your colleagues, you ensure that our customer's more than 440 stores receive the right orders every day, so that our customers can buy their favorite products in our stores. You do this by collecting products in the distribution center. Groceries, fruit and vegetables or non-food. You ensure that the orders are collected as quickly and neatly as possible.
The job
Through a headset you hear which products you can collect. You do this with the help of an easily steerable electronic pallet truck. This allows you to lift and move pallets. Then you put the pallets in the right place, so that they can be loaded into the trucks that bring the orders to the stores.
In busy times, 3,000 pallets a day go from the distribution centre to our branches. Busy or not: you can work quickly and neatly, so that the products end up in the store undamaged. High quality for our customers: you and your colleagues make that happen!
You?
You do not have to have any experience in the logistics sector and you do not need a certificate or driver's license for the electronic pallet truck. In your induction process, time is made to teach you this. Besides:
You are at least 18 years old.
Required competences:
You can work quickly and neatly and you handle the products carefully.
